Horrible customer service

The merchant was very helpful and responsive at the beginning of the process, which I genuinely appreciated. However, once we encountered a shipping issue, the experience became increasingly frustrating.

The situation appeared to be something that could have been easily resolved by updating the delivery address with the courier, yet I was told that was not an option.

Additionally, several follow-up emails I sentboth to ask questions and to provide updateswent unanswered, which contributed to unnecessary confusion and delays. Communication during this stage was noticeably lacking.

The merchant initially offered store credit if the item could not be delivered in time; however, the explanation regarding their refund policy, tied to fluctuating gold prices, was unclear and difficult to reconcile. This was particularly confusing given the assumption that recycled gold may be used, which would presumably help stabilize costs.

When the package was eventually returned to the merchant, it was not promptly re-shippedwhat would have been the most efficient and customer-focused resolution.

I have since noticed that other customers have expressed similar concerns when complications arise, and based on my experience, I can understand why. While the initial service was positive, the handling of issues and overall communication left much to be desired.

At this point, I am still waiting for a final resolution, and the lack of timely follow-through continues to be disappointing.

I am also still awaiting an updateironically, the more I reach out, the more unresponsive the communication has become.

There was no apparent sense of urgency around my situation, despite the merchant being fully aware of the circumstances. At this point, I will not be ordering from them again. This is not about the productcustomer service ultimately outweighs the product itself. If an issue arises, you can expect minimal support and poor communication.

While responses are occasionally provided, they tend to be lackluster and not particularly helpful.

At one point, I called their phone number multiple times over the course of several hours with no answer.

Rather than returning my calls, they defaulted to email responses instead of direct communication. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing.

They're trying to rip me off on a pair of earrings. They came defective.

They said for me to spend $20.00 to send them back towards their free warranty and they'll repair them. I said no. Three-day-old earrings worth $316.00 and they want to patch them up. I filed a claim with my card company, Federal Trade Commission, and BBB.

The BBB gave them a rating of F. Stay away from this place. They have garbage for jewelry and no customer service. If you take their store credit, which is all they offer, they take a percentage of it.

If I have to, we'll go to court. Don't buy from them.

I contacted them, and they said I have to pay $20.00 for return shipping, and they will repair them. No way. They were 3 days old. I wanted a new pair sent, not a patched-up pair.

They probably sent me someone's defective return. They wouldn't do it, so I filed a complaint with the card company, FTC, BBB, and other agencies.

This company is a total rip-off. Stay away.

My supposedly 14K gold earrings started tarnishing. After contacting them trying to schedule a repair pick up, they completely shook off any responsibility and declined me with the claim the lifetime guarantee is only valid within the US.

Needless to say this very important small print was buried in the QA page, and not under the product page.

Im so sad I wasted my money on that, instead of buying a high quality pair of earrings that would have costed more but would also keep its value.

My journey with Baby Gold started when I accidentally placed the order under our old home address. As we had recently moved, I caught it seconds after I placed the order.

I tried to get in contact with them the same minute and no one replied. Then I got a call from someone who told me they might be able to do it. Keep in mind this is the same day and just a few hours after I had purchased the necklace. I didnt hear back for weeks, so I emailed to follow up after checking my account and seeing that our address had not been updated.

They responded saying they had updated it to another wrong address. I corrected them and they finally got it right. It took over a month to receive my product even though I didnt not ask for any customizations.

When I finally received the product I was SHOCKED. The diamond on the necklace couldnt have been smaller if it tried.

It wasnt the same necklace that was shown on the model. I was completely crushed and reached out requesting a refund after the terrible customer service and horrible product. After emailing with customer service for a week, they still refused to give me a refund besides store credit. Then, because I said that the size of the necklace was a disappointment, they recommended another one that was TWICE as expensive.

The nerve of this company is insane and should definitely be investigated.

After seeing many people say they couldn't use their credits after they were given one, I am not going to pursue one anymore. Literally could not be more disappointed after trying to do something nice for my wifes birthday.

I purchased a bracelet from Baby Gold for $448.61, and it broke the first time I wore it. I reached out for a refund but was only offered store credit, which I still have not received after multiple requests.
