Too slow to answer. No human available when I called.

I needed an immediate response thats the reason I called just to find an answering machine that did not resolve.
I needed a chai for a kid to hang a pendant bar and need to make sure that is sturdy enough and long enough with out being too long. The web site does not after a chai to go with this pendant so I have a whole order pending and no one answers.

My journey with Baby Gold started when I accidentally placed the order under our old home address. As we had recently moved, I caught it seconds after I placed the order.

I tried to get in contact with them the same minute and no one replied. Then I got a call from someone who told me they might be able to do it. Keep in mind this is the same day and just a few hours after I had purchased the necklace. I didnt hear back for weeks, so I emailed to follow up after checking my account and seeing that our address had not been updated.

They responded saying they had updated it to another wrong address. I corrected them and they finally got it right. It took over a month to receive my product even though I didnt not ask for any customizations.
When I finally received the product I was SHOCKED. The diamond on the necklace couldnt have been smaller if it tried.

It wasnt the same necklace that was shown on the model. I was completely crushed and reached out requesting a refund after the terrible customer service and horrible product. After emailing with customer service for a week, they still refused to give me a refund besides store credit. Then, because I said that the size of the necklace was a disappointment, they recommended another one that was TWICE as expensive.

The nerve of this company is insane and should definitely be investigated.

After seeing many people say they couldn't use their credits after they were given one, I am not going to pursue one anymore. Literally could not be more disappointed after trying to do something nice for my wifes birthday.

I have a credit of $596.09 from a return of a very flimsy 24k gold paper clip chain. I am trying to purchase a more heavier gold chain but I would like to apply the credit I have but I find it is very difficult to accomplish. Need HELP!!!

I purchased a bracelet from Baby Gold for $448.61, and it broke the first time I wore it. I reached out for a refund but was only offered store credit, which I still have not received after multiple requests.

The bracelet was poorly made, and the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Im extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of resolution from the company.

At this point, I just want my money back. Do not recommend.
